To the top of Mount Snowdon! |
|
I adore nature, the countryside and walking; so to climb Mount Snowdon seemed like the perfect new challenge for me. I went with three others to make it a camping break which helped to top off the experience. The weather was a little dull and drizzley but that didn't matter once the climbing began!

Swimathon
2007 - Accomplished! |

Today
at 9:30 I took part in the Swimathon for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
I paced myself out to make sure I swam my 2.5K/100 lengths within
an hour, and managed to do it in 45 minutes and
32 seconds.
Special thanks to my family and friends who supported me and helped
to raise funds for a worthwhile charity.

I
am very excited to be starting 2007 with new challenges, new people
and new responsibilities. In my new role I am working as part
of a lively design team on a diverse range of briefs for clients
of many different backgrounds.

launch of gemdesign.co.uk |
gemdesign.co.uk
has been on the cards for quite some time now. Gemma
Skeats successfully completed her BA Graphic Design degree mid
2004, and to mark her first year of working in the design industry,
launched her online portfolio in late September 2005. This site
is certainly worth regular visits when in need of inspiration
and an alternative approach to design and views upon everyday
topics.
